These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the PlayPhrase.me website, official applications for iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple TV and Android, and related services (together, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
PlayPhrase.me is a service that helps users search and explore short audiovisual clips containing spoken phrases from movies, television shows, and other media.
The Service is intended for language learning, commentary, research, and other lawful personal uses.
Some features of the Service may allow you to create or use an account, save favorites or preferences, or access account-linked statistics and subscription features.
If you use these features, you are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for your use of the account. Information about how we handle account-related and usage-related data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Apple-distributed applications are licensed under Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). These Terms govern the PlayPhrase.me service and do not replace that application license.
Premium access is associated with your PlayPhrase.me account and may be provided by a supported subscription provider. Use the same account on supported devices to access an existing subscription. Prices, billing periods and renewal terms are shown by the provider before purchase. Manage cancellations and refund requests with the provider that billed you. Deleting your account or uninstalling the app does not cancel that billing. Purchases are not automatically transferred between PlayPhrase.me accounts.

PlayPhrase.me displays short clips and excerpts from copyrighted works for purposes that may include commentary, education, criticism, research, and language learning.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the Service for users who violate these Terms of Use or abuse the platform.
